Get rid of anything that does not lead to a good diet and your kitchen full of fruits, vegetables and healthy foods and low in calories. Be realistic with your goals and resolutions
Remember that while you have attainable goals is more likely to do it. For example, have a weekly goal and stick to either eat fresh fruit every day or just take 8 glasses of water. You should also remember that smaller goals are more achievable and dividing the weight you want to lose in several places and walks reaching these small increments.
