Extra Time for Mommy
It is natural that as mothers always say to our children and family first. What we must not forget is that if we feel well, they pass on to them too good spirits and assist you with more patience.
To start 2012 with the right foot here we bring you 4 ideas for simple but very important purposes:
Caring for yourself
Always remember to leave extra time in the day (20 or 30 minutes), either after the children fall asleep before they wake up or while napping, to paint your nails, make yourself a facial at home or read a few pages your favorite book or blog, well, something that makes you feel good. You will feel more willing to serve them when they wake up.
Exercise is another way to take care and feel better. There are many gyms with crèches where you can leave the kids for an hour or two while you exercise.
If you are not within your pocket or do not like going to the gym, there are many other activities you can include your children and exercising at the same time as riding a bike, go to the park to run, swim in a pool, or just play with the ball. If you do not make long physical activity, consult your doctor before you start ajercitarte.
